Omena expansion

Located on scenic Omena Point, this guesthouse was built above a spacious new garage to serve as a stylish and functional accessory dwelling unit (ADU). Featuring three bedrooms, a full bath, and a kitchenette, the space offers flexible living for guests, family, or rental—all within steps of the water.
In addition to designing the interior selections, Jen Caplinger, Wheelhouse Construction’s in-house designer, is also overseeing the final furnishings, offering clients a seamless experience from build to final touches.
